Urban dictionary defines a baby dyke as "a young, sometimes inexperienced lesbian". And I, Davis Mathis, am just that. I came out the summer of 2019 right before leaving for college. In proper lesbian fashion, I dove head first into exploring my queer identity when moving from the south where I lived my whole life to a small liberal arts college in New York.
